When GIS zooms in: spatio-genetic maps of multipaternity in Armadillidium vulgare

Nicolas Bech, Charlotte Depeux, Sylvine Durand, Catherine Debenest, Alexandra Lafitte, Sophie Beltran-Bech

Spatiogenetic maps representing, in the ventral view of A. vulgare, the spatial distribution of multipaternity in the marsupium of the experimental female 3 for which two males contributed to the offspring. There is also the pulli density map and the interpolation of the heterozygosity distribution (based on microsatellite markers).
The units are expressed in metres but are in millimetres.
